Liz

I am many things to many people, but beneath the labels, I am simply one who creates.

Even professionally, I won't be separated from my family.

I love waking up to the soft spoken "mommy" of a happy toddler.

I love living.

My mind never stops racing because it's happily fueled by passion.

I've always loved my husband. Always.

I am only one, but that's just enough.

Shades of Amber

Sometimes when I’m shooting, I just wing it when it comes to the location. We drive until we find something great. Other times I actually plan ahead. But I don’t know why. It never goes as planned… Amber loves the outdoors, so we decided we’d head up into the mountains by some beautiful pine trees. I knew of a spot up Mill Creek Canyon that would be perfect. So off we went, just past Log Haven, on our way, when boom, ROAD BLOCK. Apparently they shut Mill Creek Canyon down half way for the winter… Ya, that would’ve been nice to know. But luckily Amber is flexible and beautiful in any setting. She’s also a lover of animals, so we tried to play around with that but it turns out dogs are scared of girls in big fluffy white dresses. Who would’ve known? Our second location was a matter of wedding colors…a beautiful house with doors the shade of Amber’s green. Pefect!

Sidenote: Amber found her dress at Lynettes. Some of my all-time favorite dresses come from this place and they do a great job at making any dress temple ready if needed. I just love shooting gorgeous gowns…it’s why I’m in this industry, seriously!

Sidenote: I am SO excited for Amber & Jared’s wedding next weekend!!
