I’m headed out the door to go see New Moon tonight with the above pretty little lady and I totally think she totally could’ve played Rosalie. Kimley won tickets and invited me to go with her. YAHOO! So I’ll be spending the next three hours waiting in line for a seat. I don’t usually do anything like this. Typically I never see a movie until it hits Redbox, but I thought today I’d live a little
Here’s a little teaser from my shoot last night with this cute family.

It’s been so long since I shot kids I almost didn’t know what to do. I’m so into wedding mode that it was a challenge, but nice break as well. I’m just glad the weather held out for us. It’s supposed to be cold and snowy this weekend but I can’t wait. If only we had a fireplace that actually functioned as a fireplace… I’d curl up next to Jordan and we’d read our Mary Higgins Clark book. That probably sounds strange, but it’s what we do. We both enjoy reading, so we’ve made it a hobby that we also do together. My husband not only read, but enjoyed devouring with me all the Twlight books as they came out (okay, well maybe he was humoring me, but either way, we did read them outloud together). We’d spend a week straight reading whenever we had a spare moment together. I can remember walking down Chapel Street in New Haven, pregnant and so at peace with life, headed to read with Jordan on his lunch break. He no longer works within walking distance, nor is Ella so easily packed up, but I still love my life and can’t wait for the holidays and a break from work. I’ll be shooting Nicole and Glenn’s fabulous wedding on Tuesday and then I’m done shooting for the year…at least offically!
Well I guess that’s it for the day! I’ll leave you with perfect shot I got of Ella last week to go in on of my new frames from Wild Sorbet These frames are gorgeous and I’ll be offering these in 2010, so expect to see pictures as soon as I can convince my husband to hang them for me! But they weigh more than I do…so I know it is asking a lot. But can you blame me for wanting this on the wall. Oh how I love this little girl.
